Cough

Well Kaden was home from school yesterday with the barky(seal like) cough. He sounds better today but still coughing and sneezing. Maybe we will get lucky this time and he will not get really sick. Skyler is finally getting over his stomach bug and sleeps through the night almost every night. Now if we could get his older brother on track then Mommy might get some sleep at night.

On the way to school this morning Kaden says "I wish it could be Christmas again, cause Santa did not bring me my Planet Heroes!"

I was telling him not to tear up the box that Skyler's swing came in so we could put the swing back in when Skyler go to big and save it for the next baby.His response "We are going to have two baby's!"

He was telling Tia last night on the phone that he was going to have two baby's now to play with. I informed her that no i am NOT pregnant.

New Swing

Not really anything new to report yet. Kaden fell and collided with his Tricycle bruising his ear. He also was climbing on the bathroom counter and fell off and scraped his belly up on the handle on the door. As you all can tell he takes after his Daddy on being accident prone.

Skyler is doing well as most of you know up until about 2 months of age he hated his swing. Right after he started liking it the one we had bought for him broke. So when we were out yesterday we went to Babies r us. We found a really great swing and they even had one set up and running so we could try it out. He loved it and the best part is you can plug it in or use batteries. You can also take the seat off and it turns into a rocker on the floor, plus you can use your car seat on the swing frame if you want to. It is really great so we bought it and brought it home and set it up. He likes it and is happy and content for the most part except when he thinks he needs to be held.

I went in last night to check on Kaden in his room cause i heard him gagging. I asked him if he was ok causing he was gagging.

Kaden says "I'm not gagging, i am just eating my tongue!"

So i asked him why he was eating his tongue? His response-

"Because i like to!"

Tunnel Town

So we took the boy's to Tunnel Town last night with some friends of ours. Kaden just knew we were going to a surprise place, but did not know where that was. We pulled into the parking lot and he was so excited he screamed "Tunnel Town! That makes me very happy." He is so funny. He had a blast and we even got this card so every time we go we only have to pay half-price as long as we go once a month. Skyler liked sitting in the truck and playing with the steering wheel and got mad when i took him out of it. Tommy and i even got in the tunnels with Kaden but realized how old we were when our knees starting hurting. Tommy found out that you can get knees pads they have there to use but i was not so lucky as i had already had enough when he found this out. Oh well i know for next time.

Kaden says- "When we move to our new house we can sell my toys so i can get a dog like Coco."
